Here’s a favorite I’ll be making today:

Spinach Artichoke Dip

10 oz box frozen spinach, thawed
12 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar

Heat oven to 400.
Squeeze spinach between paper towels to remove moisture.
Combine ingredients.
Bake in oven-safe dish until lightly golden, 20-30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
