SOB Lasagna

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 1/2 cups salsa

6 cups cooked rice, divided

2  15.5 oz cans black beans

3 cups shredded cheddar

2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine sour cream and salsa; set aside.

Combine crushed tortilla chips and 1 1/2 cups cheddar; set aside.

Spray 9 x 13 pan with oil.

Layer:

3 cups rice

1 1/2 cups sour cream/salsa

1 1/2 cups cheddar

beans

remaining rice

remaining sour cream/salsa

Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips/cheese.

Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
