I used about 2 1/2 cups of strawberries, and didn’t retain the recipe long enough to remember to add the cream and simple syrup to the pureed strawberries, instead pureeing them all together. I’m not sure if that made any difference in the yum factor, which was high. I ended up with six popsicles and a little bit of extra puree, which disappeared quickly up a straw.
